In 2010, we welcomed Dorothy Eggert to the Packerland Board of Directors. Her father, Carlton Larscheid, has been instrumental in the growth of Packerland as one of the original investors, previous member of the Board, serving several years as Chairman, and continues as our Chairman of the Board Emeritus. Dorothy has previously been employed by U.S. Plant Foods, Inc., which her father owned and operated, as the Vice-President and Bookkeeper for 30 years. She is currently the Office Manager at Bayland Transport, Inc. Her dedication to her family and the businesses they operate is evident, as Bayland Transport is also owned and operated by her brothers.
Dorothy has been married to her husband Steve for 32 years and finds great joy in both of her adult children and two grandchildren.
