Amy Lee
Co-Chief Executive Officer
Amy Lee has been with PBS since 1998. She provides the PBS representatives with compliance services and procedural guidelines. Her knowledge in the compliance field is extraordinary and has helped the firm to maintain an excellent standing with all regulatory institutions. Amy has also helped to establish very positive working relationships with the FINRA. She holds the Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses. Her hard work and diligent efforts have been a tremendous asset in keeping PBS compliant. Amy has a genuine concern for the welfare of all Packerland representatives. |

Zach Kelly

Zach Kelly has been with the firm since November 2006, and is the Financial and Operations Principal of the firm. He holds the Series 28 license, and brings with him a background in finance, statistical analysis, and database administration from Wells Fargo and the University of Minnesota. Zach’s duties include managing the financial, commissions, technical, and administrative departments at Packerland, and being the administrator of company databases and technology. Zach is also in charge of recordkeeping and reporting, including the filing of the company’s FOCUS reports. |

Aaron Doelger
Compliance Officer
Aaron Doelger began his career in financial services in 2000 and came to Packerland in 2005 as a financial advisor. In 2006 Aaron joined the New Business Department at the Packerland home office and eventually moved into Compliance in 2008 where his responsibilities include the review and approval of communications with the public, electronic correspondence supervision, branch office audits, and overall assistance in the creation and enforcement of Compliance policy. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse in 1996 and has since earned his Life, Health, Property, and Casualty insurance licenses as well as his Series 7, 24, and 63 securities licenses. His passion is to help representatives navigate the highly regulated environment in which they work so hard to make a living. |

Nancy Geniesse
Commission Specialist
Nancy has been with Packerland since March of 2000 and has a background in administration and customer service. Nancy’s primary duties include overseeing the Accounts Receivable and Commission departments, and she is the main point of contact for representative questions concerning compensation. Nancy’s other duties include processing weekly commission payments, validating daily commissions, and working with various product companies to verify commissions. |

Gail Turnquist
Commissions Support Specialist
Gail Turnquist has been a part of the PBS team since November 2006, and she holds an Associate’s Degree in Executive Office Management. Her primary expertise is her data entry skill, and she is in charge of getting commissions processed with the speed and accuracy needed to ensure a thorough commission run. Gail also assists the New Business department in recording new and existing clients using her proficient proof reading and editing skills to guarantee all records are complete and up to date. |

Charlene Watzka
Senior Licensing Coordinator
Charlene Watzka has been with Packerland Brokerage Services, Inc. since March 2003. Prior to working at Packerland, Charlene was employed as a licensing analyst with Humana for fifteen years giving her a strong background in the insurance industry. Charlene leads our licensing department which is responsible for the registration and appointments of our representatives. In addition, Charlene maintains all corporate licensing as required, files registration amendments for representatives, assists with Errors & Omissions Insurance and licensing renewals, and updates our internal data to maintain accurate representative information. Because of Charlene's diligence and dedication, new Representatives experience a smooth and seamless transition to Packerland Brokerage Services, Inc. |

Joanie Ness
Administrative Assistant Licensing Dept.
Joanie Ness has been with Packerland since December of 2007. As an Administrative Assistant in the Licensing Department, Joanie brings with her many years of experience in customer service. Her duties include processing variable company appointments, tracking FINRA Regulatory Element CE exams- including notification to representatives, and fingerprinting Representative Assistants. She also assists Charlene with pre-hire screening and registrations. Her attention to detail and follow-up plays a vital role in maintaining accurate records for all representatives. Joanie enjoys traveling, golf and playing with her grandchildren. |

Bernie Boushka operates our in-house Southwest Securities Trade-Desk and also is a consultant for the quarterly financial reports submitted to FINRA. He has been with the firm since August of 2002. Bernie holds the Series 4, 7, 24, 28, 53, 63, and 65 licenses. |

Pam Eggers
Director of Non-Brokerage Operations
Pam joined the New Business Department at Packerland in November of 2008 and was promoted to Director of Non-Brokerage Operations in June 2010. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Economics from the University of Minnesota, and along with her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, Pam holds the Series 6,7,24,63 & 65 Securities Licenses as well as Life and Health Insurance Licenses. Pam’s responsibilities include the suitability review and approval of the direct lines of business in variable annuities, mutual funds, variable life, UIT’s, REIT’s, and RIA’s. With over seven years of experience in the field, and as an Independent Certified Financial Planner, Pam is also available to offer Home Office support for our representatives in the areas of retirement, estate, and education planning, as well as variable life needs. |

Dusty began working as an Administrative Assistant in May of 2008 and brings with him over 10 years of customer service experience and a degree in Business Management and Marketing. In addition to being a point of first contact, Dusty’s primary duties include database administration, technology, and selling agreements. Dusty also provides our representatives with support for email, website, and Laser App questions and also provides rep transition support. He currently holds a Life and Health License. We are confident that his good organizational skills and accuracy have helped Packerland to be the success that it is today. |

Duane Johnson
Director of Sales and Marketing
Duane Johnson comes to Packerland Brokerage with an extensive background in sales management in the securities industry. He spent the previous 10 years with CUNA Brokerage where he managed a territory of 6 Midwestern states. That Division Management role gave him a great appreciation for the conditions that representatives face and the ability to create an environment of growth and development. He holds degrees from Eastern Michigan University in both Mathematics and Economics as well as the ChFC and CLU designations. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, his primary focus is communications with the representatives of Packerland Brokerage. He will be exploring concerns, needs and desires and pursuing what Packerland can do to address these and help each representative drive his or her business. |

Ashley Adamson
Marketing/ Administrative Assistant
Ashley has been with Packerland Brokerage Services since March of 2007 and provides creative support and graphic design expertise in our Marketing department. She serves as a liaison between Packerland Brokerage Services, Inc., other outside investment companies, print suppliers, and other marketing sources, and she also assists in the development of promotional strategies and company development. Ashley is the event and sales contact for outside investment companies, a member of our Conference Committee, and coordinates Continuing Education courses, golf outings, and other special events. |

Terry Pickard
Front Office Manager and Admin. Assistant
Terry has been with Packerland since December of 2006, and her primary responsibilities include managing front office operations including phones, mail, and representative relations. Other duties include staff training, inter office communications, scheduling of appointments, and continually updating front office procedures. Terry also offers support to various other departments as needed, is a member of the Fall Conference Committee, and is a State of Wisconsin Notary Public. |

Ciara Carley
Executive Assistant
Ciara joined Packerland Brokerage Service in September of 2008, bringing over 10 years of service experience with her. Her primary responsibilities include administrative support for the Leadership Team at Packerland, and she is a main point of contact for resource, planning, and project coordination for events. Ciara is also in charge of planning events such as the Advisory Council trip and the Fall Conference, as well as scheduling meetings and travel arrangements for home office staff and representatives. Ciara also fills in for other departments with administrative support, data entry, and research as needed. |

Lexi Johnson
First Impressions
Alexis Johnson is the Packerland Brokerage Services, Inc. point of First Impressions as well as an Administrative Assistant. She is usually the first voice that you hear when you call the home office. Alexis joined Packerland in March of 2009 with over 5 years of customer service experience and currently holds her health insurance license in 40 states. Her primary duties include greeting visitors, fielding incoming calls, scheduling meetings, entering new business data and providing administrative assistance to other departments as needed. |

Donna Cuculi
Recruiting Coordinator
Donna Cuculi has been in the insurance and financial services business for 27 years, primarily building a solid employee benefits and financial services business. Donna currently holds insurance licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty as well as the Series 6, 26, and 63 securities licenses. She is a member of the Registered Financial Consultants and Certified Estate Planners and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Peoples Bank in Elkhorn, WI. Having been a representative of Packerland since 2004, Donna joined the Packerland staff as Director of Recruiting in April, 2008. Donna is responsible for recruiting quality representatives for Packerland and assisting them in a “seamless” transition of their business. Her sincerity and thorough work ethic are essential to Packerland and prospective representatives. |

Mary Kempen
Accountant
Mary Kempen works part time for PBS as an accountant. She has been with the firm since March of 2005, managing our payroll and reconciliation. Mary also assists in the monthly preparing and proofing of financial statements. When she is not at Packerland, Mary applies her 30+ years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting to manage the finances of various clients. Her expertise began with an Associates Degree in Accounting from Northeastern Wisconsin Technical College. |
